After a six-year absence, global music phenomenon Boiler Room is staging its comeback to Hong Kong for a weekend of cutting-edge performances from 3 to 4 May. Presented by Collective Minds Asia, the event will convert Wan Chai Harbourfront – positioned beside the promenade adjacent to Wan Chai Ferry Pier – into a nexus of electronic music culture, framed by Hong Kong’s legendary skyline.
Since its scrappy 2010 origins as a webcam duct-taped to a London wall, Boiler Room has evolved into club culture’s most disruptive force, showcasing 8,000+ sets from 5,000 artists spanning 200 cities. Renowned for its heaving, sweat-soaked dancefloors and pioneering 360° broadcasts, the platform has fundamentally transformed how the world experiences electronic music.
