This pairing combines the best of both worlds: Lady M’s signature mille crêpes layered with La Maison du Chocolat’s luxuriously rich chocolate, resulting in a dessert as indulgent as it is unforgettable.

Here’s What To Expect
The first of two collaborative creations is the Dark Chocolate Ganache Mille Crêpes, a luxurious mix of Lady M’s petal-thin layers of handcrafted crêpes and 70% Valrhona dark chocolate. Each bite offers a perfectly balanced experience, with smooth almond custard and a hint of rum enhancing the dark chocolate’s rich depth. A sprinkle of crushed cocoa nibs adds a light crunch, contrasting with the soft, delicate crêpe layers – a dream dessert for chocolate and crêpe lovers alike.
For a dessert with an irresistible crunch, the Chocolate Dacquoise steps up as the perfect complement to the mille crêpes. This treat embraces La Maison du Chocolat’s signature flavours with a twist, layering hazelnut and dark chocolate over a classic, nutty dacquoise base. A layer of caramel fudge replaces the usual buttercream, enhancing each bite with a satisfying texture that contrasts beautifully with the smoothness of the crêpes.

Meanwhile, the Chocolate Dacquoise comes beautifully boxed in sets of six, retailing at HKD$308 per box, and is available at all 12 Lady M boutiques and the five La Maison du Chocolat locations.
