The Grand Feast โ€“ Friday, April 25 (6pm Onwards)

The evening opens with a dynamic collaboration between Chef Ochoa and Hong Kong Iron Chefs Justin Chan and Edwin Chuang. Together, they will unveil a menu that fuses Mexican tastes with Asian methods, crafting dishes that captivate the eye and palate. Free-flow beverages and a spirited DJ set will enhance the experience, creating a vibe that lingers long after the last bite.

Feast & Fire โ€“ Saturday, April 26 (12pm & 6pm Sessions)

Saturday delivers two unique dining experiences. The midday brunch presents a succulent roasted suckling pig with colourful accompaniments that meld Mexican boldness with Asian influence. As evening falls, guests enjoy an exclusive four-hands dinner with Chef Ochoa and Liberty Groupโ€™s Chef Yong Soo Do. Their six-course tasting menu is a showcase of Mexican gastronomy, employing traditional methods and seasonal, hand-picked produce. Each course is paired with premium beverages while a DJ provides the perfect soundtrack for the night.
