Salted Egg Yolk Custard & Pork Floss Croissant

This pastry combines the best of Eastern and Western baking – a croissant featuring a creamy salted egg yolk custard at its core, a touch of Tahitian vanilla for depth, savoury pork floss, and seaweed atop an airy, flaky pastry. Crafted by Senior Chef Daniel Texter, experience the magic for just HKD$68. Word of warning – it’s dangerously addictive, and can get messy when eating. Undoubtedly, it’s one of the best pastries in Hong Kong, capturing the essence of the city within its custard-filled layers.

Apple Elysium

Available until 6 April, this apple-shaped confection was created to celebrate Art Month, inspired by artist Lauren Tsai’s dreamy installation ‘My Dream: Our Hill’ at Landmark Atrium. Chantilly mousse takes the form of a glossy red apple, paired with roasted apple resting on a bed of green, moss-like sponge and a brown butter sugar tart base. The contrasting textures enhance its sweetness – and at HKD$88? It’s a fleeting treat for both the eyes and taste buds, definitely worth queuing up for. For the full immersive experience, visit Tsai’s fairytale-like installation from 25 March to 13 April – a whimsical world suspended between dream and reality.

Friday Club. Tip: With only 20 tarts available daily, be sure to get in early to snag one!
